This is a new thread for anyone that has applied to the Mount St. Mary's College Accelerated BSN program in Los Angeles for 2010 entry.
This is my second application for admission since I wasn't offered admission for Fall 2009. Did anyone hear anything back yet for Spring 2010? Is there an interview process? I have read conflicting information on this topic. I also applied to Samuel Merritt in the Bay Area (also turned down twice to 2 programs for Fall 2009 entry). They wont be sending out admission offers until February for March start dates!! Would love to hear from fellow nursing school hopefuls )
I registered ---- class yesterday. I bought the textbooks last March, I have a great fear about writing 25-30 pages for final paper. The last professor I have heard was a easy grader. But I haven't hear any feedback from the new instructor. I might finish my first paper next week, then will see how he is like. No matter how it cost, I think I need to finish my bio ethic class before the school start. Sugarlips, are you taking the taylor class? Have you have heard any feedback?

Yeah I am so glad you got in....it was great to have someone to lean on during this past month. I need to see if they make skinny jeans in tall as I am almost 6 feet. Of course you can get in on the skinny jeans. It is going to make quite a statement!

I'm on the waitlist for Fall 2010. Can I ask how you found out you were #12 on the waitlist the second time you applied? Right now, I have no other information and the suspense is killing me...

I was also accepted. I can't wait until August.
I am happy to join in August 10 cohort. FYI. This was my third trial. First time, I was rejected and second time I was on waitlist #12. I was losing my hope, then I got my interview invitation with S****. At that time, I was sure I would be accepted. For those who are rejected or waitlist, don't give up hope. Like me, you will get it if you keep trying.
