I want to prepare for anatomy next semester. What are the most important things to know that will help me in this class?
I have a book on anatomy and it gives like 300 prefixes, roots, and suffixes that are important to know for anatomy. I figure I'll get to be familiar with them now.
Also, I plan on getting to know the different systems of the body as well as the different planes of the body: anatomical positions and directional terms, etc..
What are the other most important things I should know that will help me going into anatomy?
Thanks, I really appreciate it!

I asked a similar question about A&P 1 a little while ago, here is a link to the thread.

LOL, the sodium and potassium pumps are haunting me several classes down the line. It's the only thing I remember from A&P because my professor said that we'd better KNOW IT because it will keep coming up. She didn't lie

The most difficult things for me to comprehend were acids/bases and cellular respiration. Might want to become familiar with those early in class. Also, might as well start learning the bones and markings for that all important lab practical! Good luck!
