Montgomery College Fall 2014

Hey everyone,

I thought I would start a thread for everyone who has applied at MC for this fall 2014. The deadline was this Tuesday April 1, 2014. I have brought in my application last Friday.

So for anyone else who has applied, has been accepted or has any other contributions please share with us!

I don't know off hand, but if you search other threads from allnurses you should be able to find out where you can go. I remember reading about where other students have gone in the past on previous years threads. I also believe you will still need to get an actual physical exam as well as immunizations so you may want to look into getting in to see another Dr. Good luck to you. :)

Does anyone know or has anyone heard anything about the program? like classes wise/where clinicals are/ quality, etc. etc.??

Im in Massachusetts and got my acceptance letter today. I was accepted to a shorter program elsewhere so I will be giving up my seat. So hopefully one of you who was waitlisted will get my spot!

I live in Silver Spring MD and I still haven't received a letter yet? Is anyone still waiting for the letter? I went to the post office this morning and they said they didn't have anything.... I'm starting to get worried. I should have received the letter the next day since I am so close to Montgomery college.

@MCapplicant Same here, I live in Silver Spring and I have not received anything yet. I am shock, if I haven't been accepted because I have everything that is required; except for the small inconvenience that I was still taking Bio 205 when I applied.

I live in Takoma Park and haven't received anything either. I called yesterday and today but it goes to voice mail. The people in the main office said that Ms. Nunez would be there today but she isn't. My mail has already been delivered today so this is now carrying over into Saturday:(

I emailed Nunez because nothing except some stupid info for polysonog. came for me. She said I was waitlisted but where is my letter??!

She told me via email that I was waitlisted yet when I responded asking for more info, she has yet to respond. They expect us to jump through hoops, they could at least get there act together.

So strange, when I got my letter it was addressed to me but the certified letter slip in the back that I had to sign was someone else with my same last name (different address). I am sure whoever is in charge of mailing these letters out didn't really double check. Could explain why some people still haven't received anything yet.

I'm sorry to all of those who haven't heard yet. The hardest part is the waiting. I got in. I just faxed my form in to accept. Has anyone else decided if they will definitely be enrolling?

I have a question. I'm on stand-by. When do those who have been accepted have to confirm that they are attending in the fall? Just want an idea of when I might know if I can get in...
