Mira Costa Palomar spring 2018 ADN program

Published

Hey there! I am creating this thread for all applicants to Mira Costa and Palomar for the Spring 2018 semester. Hopefully we can cheer each other on and take some of the waiting anxiety away together. My scores were somewhere between 78-84 points with a teas score of 78.6%. As you can see, VERY average. Can anyone enlighten me on the difference between Palomar, Mira Costa, and Grossmont? Grossmont does currently have its own page, but the more informative sources the better! Thanks and good luck to everyone!

Those whom are accepted, congrats!...I think no news at this point is not good news so I can only

wonder when your deadline for accepting the invite to the program falls? Perhaps some more spots open up and another round of emails will go out after they get those responses from people choosing elsewhere...

Yes, I got my acceptance letter to Palomar but I'm going to decline my spot. Grossmont is a better fit for my family and I.

Congrats to those who made it! I'm still waiting to get an email.

I think you should be good with 79. I heard that 80 was a competitive score for Palomar so best of luck! Im at 75 so I'm hoping for a miracle.

Palomar accepts 40 per cohort, correct?

We have until Monday to accept. And then afterward I bet they will send out the second round of acceptances. That's how I read it went during Fall cohort.

Don't give up!

For those who haven't heard yet what were your points? And maybe they are sending them out by last names?

I haven't received an email yet and I'm at 75

Yeah I'm at most 72...í ½í¸¢

I had between 78-83 depending on if they gave my the volunteer time - last name starts with b

I was just told ALL emails will be sent out by tomorrow so we should all know one way or the other by tomorrow.

Hi crshuman0429, did you call Palomar today? And also, did you get an email already?
