Hello @revelrevel, I received my acceptance email October 2nd and the orientation is November 1st. Have you heard from them yet?

I talked to Mallory Fore from MiraCosta and she said she will hopefully be able to send out the emails by the end of this week.

After I read the comment from Rose, I called Palomar nursing to confirm that emails were sent out today. The lady I spoke with said that the top 36 received their acceptance emails today and those who didn't make it also received denials today. She said that if you haven't received either email is because they are waiting for those who got acceptance emails to either accept or deny their spots.. She said this process could take up to two weeks.. So we just have to be patient and she asked me to follow up with her in two weeks If I Haven't received an Email yet. Hope this helps!

Hi I just saw this thread. And to answer your question, yes they will call. I just spoke with Ms. Rodriques from the nursing department and I guess she has a pile of applications that were missing information or needed verification. So if your application is incomplete, they will let you know!

Hello kk80, I would like to ask if you can tell me the city in which the clinical sites and lab sites are located? I live in Riverside county and was just curious because you mentioned students driving from San Diego to go there. I also appreciate your detailed comment regarding the program and is seriously considering WGU as a back in case the waitlist is too long for the JC I want to go to. I looked into the WGU FB page and didn't have too many comments for Pre-Lic BSN students.
