I have finally gotten everything situated with my classes and GPA to FINALLYYYY apply! I am sending in my application this week, just finished up my chem class with a B thank god. I have a 3.0 GPA for my prerequisites and about 60 to 63 points. What do you think my chances are for getting in? When I talked to my advisor she said if I got a B in chem then I should have no problem but my worrying self doesn't want to wait that long to see. And how long did it take for a response. Application deadline is August 15th. Any helpful advise would be appreciated!!
OMG I just read everyone's comments! Congratulations to all who got accepted! I hope I see you in the Spring! Same goes to anyone who's on the waiting list! I would love to be a part of this cohort and finally get to know people outside of their usernames. I've already submitted my housing application for Mustang Village so I hope I get in there. I would also prefer to sign through the housing office compared to the apartment leasing office. Out of the 6 applications that I submitted for the Spring semester to different BSN programs in Texas, I have only heard back from one (two, if you include MSU) so far, but I choose MSU over the rest because I'm sure that I'll be comfortable at that school/program!
Here are my stats for any future students: #35 on list out of 70 with 70 points total. I had a 3.46 GPA and an 89% English and 91% Math HESI.
Please don't depend too much on stats though, because the cut off points are different each semester and from my understanding they're actually higher than usual for this round. If you ever have questions or just need the reassurance that only another human voice can give you (not a computer screen with letters, numbers and usernames ), don't hesitate to call Catherine and Jeana. They have been absolutely amazing throughout this application process and will sit and work through all of your points and your GPA before and during the review process!

@TresesPieces, I don't my rank but I applied with 69points, I was told I am in, but I will decline. I applied to UT Tyler nursing and I got accepted there, I accepted my spot there so u need 1 more to cancel. U will definitely get in. I chose UT Tyler because it's just 4 semesters. Best of luck.
