I have finally gotten everything situated with my classes and GPA to FINALLYYYY apply! I am sending in my application this week, just finished up my chem class with a B thank god. I have a 3.0 GPA for my prerequisites and about 60 to 63 points. What do you think my chances are for getting in? When I talked to my advisor she said if I got a B in chem then I should have no problem but my worrying self doesn't want to wait that long to see. And how long did it take for a response. Application deadline is August 15th. Any helpful advise would be appreciated!!
Long as I pass my boards and get a good job, I'm fine. I don't even mind it being 5 semesters long.
& I hear they have this thing where you go to London for a month in the summer and take a class or two before the start of your senior year, I would love to do that! Does anybody know if there is any truth to that?
Yea it's true! I went to an SNA meeting and they talked about it. You can go to London and take community nursing there. They students that went said they had an amazing experience. I know I'm gonna do it if I get the opportunity.
So do you know if it is the summer before senior year still, we are starting in the spring, so I was just a little curious if it would be different?
Yes! also MSU is trying to start a spanish minor for professions like nursing. I am double majoring and they are hoping that they can get that minor going by next fall! It is nice to know they are trying to cater to the professions and give more classes to make you more marketable! It is amazing! I don't think the program is that easy I have many friends and coworkers that have graduated form MSU and it is still a hard program. has anyone got an official letter yet? I called but I need the letter to get the benefits from my job to help with tuition....

I took music and got a C it was difficult for me I would try to take photography or something like that instead also msu has a pretty easy nursing program compared to some of the other schools I hear I know people who have dropped Vernon colleges nursing program or if they fail out they go to msu
