I'm taking an accelerated micro course beginning on 9/21. It's only 4 weeks Saturday and Sundays from 8:30am-6:30pm. I can't wait to start!

Are you all ready!!? I am super nervous so I wanted to create a thread for support!!
In my nervousness I bought some additional supplies which I hope helps! I got this for Micro Lab

Have you found the study guide to be super helpful? We use the same book, but we also use mastering micro so I plan to just use those study resources. If the study guide is super amazing, I might just rethink buying it!

I'm taking micro this fall semester and it starts in 2 weeks! The class meets from 8-1 on Saturdays but for some reason only meets 8 times... I guess there will be a lot of self teaching. I'm also going to be taking A&p II and math online as well as an LNA course locally. We can do this!

I took Micro last fall, was pretty easy. Half lab, which was fun. My advice: Preread your chapters before lecture, the teachers usually gives you a study sheet for the test so you don't have to memorize the whole chapter. Turn in everything! Go to every class and always do the extra credit. This can make a letter grade difference which will help you get into nursing school. Best of Luck!

Good Luck. I will also be taking Micro along with Speech in the Spring. They are my last pre-recs before Nursing school. Im sure we all will be so glad when it is completed.

Took Micro last year, and it was literally the EASIEST and best class I have ever taken-- and I am not a science orientated person at all. Don't stress too much, if you have half a brain you can pass it.
