Hi all!

I wanted to start a thread for all of the Spring 2015 MDC RN applicants. I finally finished all of my pre-req's, and have started studying for the NLN PAX RN exam. I am hoping this thread, like many other MDC threads of the past, can help us all to build friendships, support one another, and most importantly, help us through this difficult process. Welcome! :)

Guys don't give up even if you think your GPA is low you still have a chance...I did the nursing recently attended MDC and there was someone with a 2.something over someone with a 3.something so you never know...keep faith

Thanks for keeping us motivated. I have 2.79 science and almost 3 cumulative. I'm applying for fall 2015. I feel sometimes that I want to give up. Your support helps a lot. Thanks to all. We r going to make it !!

Oscararnold, actually for Fall 2014 they started finding out on the 11th of June.. I was going through their posts this morning and that's when people started getting notifications.

Did anyone else get an email regarding the 1098 (IRS) form?? I did, and I am confused as to why because Ive never recevied financial aid from MDC and only went there one semester this summer.

It HAS to be ANY DAY now. According to Benjamin Leon School of Nursing - Admissions page, the Bridge option has orientation on November 6, 2014 which is right around the corner considering that there is tons of paperwork and things to get done. For most of the other options orientation is Novemeber 20/21 around there. Although I did notice as you scroll down through that page it has not been completely updated. The anxiety!! Don't worry it has nothing to do with financial aid, that is for your taxes, the government gives you a certain percentage back of what you spend on school out of pocket. Take that along with you w2 to your tax agent and you will get that money back.
