Miami Dade College Spring 2015 RN Program

Hi all!

I wanted to start a thread for all of the Spring 2015 MDC RN applicants. I finally finished all of my pre-req's, and have started studying for the NLN PAX RN exam. I am hoping this thread, like many other MDC threads of the past, can help us all to build friendships, support one another, and most importantly, help us through this difficult process. Welcome! :)

Janna K is right. Computer is not a requirement to enter the program. However, it's a requirement for graduation. If you don't have it now, you can complete it during the program. The program itself is challenging, so if you have time and can do it before, I suggest you should. I don't have it, but I still applied. I will keep it on my priority list as MDC will not issue the degree without the computer completed.

Hi guys

I work at Miami Dade College Kendall campus with one of the advisor from Medical campus, and she just told me that you are going to receive the mail around two weeks. I know it's so frustrating.

I'm counting down to Thursday since that's when they let applicants know the previous 2 years. If we don't get it Thursday, I'll have to continue to try and keep really busy but this is honestly on the forefront of my mind all the time lol aah i just want to know

They r killing us lol; I still think it will be Thursday. If not, I Will try not to check my emails or come here but I know it's gonna be super hard not to. I'm mentally tired )

Guys don't give up even if you think your GPA is low you still have a chance...I did the nursing recently attended MDC and there was someone with a 2.something over someone with a 3.something so you never know...keep faith

My anxiety level is through the roof. I am dying to know whether we have been accepted or not; I have been waiting for the last two months. As of now it seems as if today is not the day either. Hopefully, tomorrow. Good Luck to all!
