Hi all!

I wanted to start a thread for all of the Spring 2015 MDC RN applicants. I finally finished all of my pre-req's, and have started studying for the NLN PAX RN exam. I am hoping this thread, like many other MDC threads of the past, can help us all to build friendships, support one another, and most importantly, help us through this difficult process. Welcome! :)

For chemistry lecture I recoment quddos Muhammad at interamerican campus he literally lets u use your book and computer for all his test easy A

I personally liked Professor

Isaiah Urhoghide at the North Campus. He is extremely helpful and funny. He has an accent but it's clear enough to understand. We worked with lab partners the whole time and his exams are identical to the in-class labs.

For Lecture I liked Dr. David Finneran. The lectures are long but very informative. He teaching style helps you understand and he is very helpful. I hated chemistry before I took this course but he definitely made it easy. He gives you a review packet before every exam.MEMORIZE IT!! The exams are multiple choice and are identical to the review packets. They are just numbered in a different order. You will have take- home assignments and tons of extra credit. Super easy.

What do you guys plan to wear for this Thursday Orientation? The scrubs? Normal clothes? Please share your opinions...

I'm planning on dressing casual. Just no jeans. most likely black pants, flats and a nice top. I will probably take a jacket in case it gets cold where we are

I think as long as we look put together it'll be okay. We probably will be meeting some professors and we want out first impression to be a good one

Thank you for your reply. I was planning to wear the scrubs from MDC but they are not too flattering. I was only able to find scrubs that run too big or too small lol.
