Miami Dade College (MDC) Spring 2013 Gen. FT/PT& Accelerated Nursing program

Hi all,

I've just handed in my application to MDC for Spring '13.

Right now I'm overall score is 82 but I'm planning on retaking the TEAS in August to improve that.

If anyone has a book list from previous students, please send. I'd love to get cracking.

Good Morning All!!! Thank you guys for catching on... it will hopefully prove to be helpful. Problem-- can't access page and have tried to search it all different ways mentioned and not mentioned. Will check back later tonight going to head to campus today and find out what's going on with my background check, they have not e-mailed me anything...

According to what my friend (who's in her first semester right now) said, you'll buy a MDC scrub (with logo) shirt/s at school for school but you can get a plain scrub shirt to use for clinicals (as long as you have your name badge). As for pants, for her current class, hunter green matches both the school's clothes as well as uniform supply store's pants.

NOW- I don't know that we'll be using HUNTER GREEN as I've seen colors from white, blue and light green around campus.

I'm sure we'll find out more during orientation- I was just giving a head up FYI. No, I won't be buying anything before our orientation. But I also will take advantage of buying more comfortable clothes if the opportunity is there.

One has already been started- and we've found that you're not allowed to put URL's to facebook groups so you'll want to remove it or they'll remove it for you.
