Miami Dade College (MDC) Spring 2013 Gen. FT/PT& Accelerated Nursing program

Published

Hi all,

I've just handed in my application to MDC for Spring '13.

Right now I'm overall score is 82 but I'm planning on retaking the TEAS in August to improve that.

If anyone has a book list from previous students, please send. I'd love to get cracking.

Wishing you all best of luck. Josh

I accepted my seat for the bridge this morning. I'm so happy =)

congratulations

Cool no problem! Do we have to fill out the response form for the program we are declining? I filled out the one for bridge, but I'm declining the generic admission.

Yes you do. Go to the cashier first and pay the $100 and they will give you a receipt and then go downstairs to the New Student Center and give them the receipt with all the response forms.

congratulations

Thank you. Congrats to you too!

Hello from Nice, France- Got accepted to full time generic. Having to get a friend to help me out with things till I return. How I can get it done or else I'm out. Congrats everyone.

Ok so im 95.5% sure im choosing the generic FT at homestead instead of the accelerated... i weighed out the pros and cons over with my husband, and considering i have kids in school (with associated homework and studing that comes with), I think doing it slow and steady is wiser at this point. Also, Homestead is WAY closer to me as well as the hospitals for the clinicals. Besides, its only one more semester. So.... that being said, my accelerated and part time generic seats will be available for people who need them. Going Monday to accept and decline and pay. Anyone else doing Homestead FT?

I was going to go accept my seat today but I decided to think it over the weekend. Don't know whether I want transitional face to face or online!

Congrats on the acceptances everyone! I'm a first semester generic FTer in Homestead. As for uniforms- you have green top and pants for class, and a white top with green pants for clinical. Good luck, and enjoy these last couple of months before school :)

I just got accepted too and am debating between full time face to face or full time online transitional. Is anyone on here taking the online? I'd like to know more about it but I have to decide very soon!

Does anyone know how registration works? My registration appt for spring is next week but I figure we don't register until orientation... Anyone that has any info on the registration process for the first semester please elaborate... THANKS and congrats to all again!!
