MGH Direct-Entry Nursing 2014

Published

I just sent in my application for MGH Direct-Entry Nursing 2014 and I was hoping to get in touch with other applicants. I applied for the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care NP. The wait is going to kill me! I'm wondering about other people's backgrounds (GPA, GRE scores, experience, etc.) and if anyone has an idea of who MGH accepts. Look forward to hearing from you!

Letter in mail you mean? Not email? When you got it ?

waitlisted as well...good luck to everyone still waiting to hear!

waitlisted for peds primary care track, that is.

Still no e-mail over here yet. My email can't refresh fast enough! haha

Congrats to everyone who got in so far and good luck to everyone on the waitlist!

Hey guys! To all who have heard back, congrats! Can I ask what specialty you are?

Does anyone know the likelihood of getting in once on the wait list? Also the time frame? The program I have been accepted to begins in may

Accepted for Acute Care! Good way to start the day in California!

Just got accepted into the FNP track! I was really hoping for a scholarship offer since I already have student loans from my undergrad but I didn't see anything mentioned in my link.

@evgeniya- Did they mention the scholarship within the online acceptance link or did you get a separate e-mail?

Admitted to Adult-Gerontology/Women's Health! My letter looks different - no mention of a scholarship:

Congratulations! I am pleased to inform you that the Department of Nursing admissions committee, in coordination with the Office of Admission would like to offer you admission to the Direct Entry Master of Science in Nursing program at the MGH Institute of Health Professions, with classes commencing Fall 2014.

Accepted for Acute care as well!! No scholarship offer either but will take the acceptance!!

@eopc that is what mine looks like too!
