Hi! Any chance you would be willing to send along the study guide you put together! Feeling lost!

Northeastern Hybrid Direct Entry Nursing Spring 2014
The BSN portion of the program is around $58k. Crazy! Umass Medical and Salem State cost less than that for the accelerated portion and the MSN combined.

Northeastern Hybrid Direct Entry Nursing Spring 2014
I got that email as well yesterday and received a call today from admissions- she said I've been accepted into the Hybrid program and that I am able to start in May or September. If I go with Northeastern I'll definitely go with May. What are people's thoughts on the Hybrid program?? Pros and cons? @Cm401 would you mind giving us a little info on your thoughts so far on the program? Burlington and Boston aren't too far from each other, but would definitely require a car. If I were you I would try to find a place in between, mainly so that you aren't paying Boston rent prices. Somerville is great, Medford might be a bit cheaper and a bit closer to Burlington. If you have any questions about living situation or advice feel free to send me a message.

MGH Direct-Entry Nursing 2014
I spoke with admissions today and he said we will get an email telling us to check the application website- he said it might be tomorrow but the way things are sounding about what they are telling other people, it could be later this week. Did anyone else apply to Northeastern and get an email today?

Salem State University Direct Entry Nursing May 2014
They extended the deadline last minute to February 14 for some reason. I'm currently taking patho there. How about you? I hope to be called for an interview at the very least!! From what I hear it's super competitive to get into... I think that's the school I'm most nervous about!

Salem State University Direct Entry Nursing May 2014
I applied to Salem State as well. I think they only make decisions by April (and then the program starts in May!). I'm pretty sure that they do have interviews but I don't imagine they would be scheduled until March since the application deadline isn't until next week.

MGH Direct-Entry Nursing 2014
I so wanted to know today but I guess it's good to know we can stop checking until next week. (I'll probably still continue to check every 10 minutes haha!) @tkdemm04- UMass is currently still scheduling interviews and they hope to have decisions by the end of February. I hope that this verification hasn't prevented me from getting an interview, out of everything that determines whether we get in or not!!

MGH Direct-Entry Nursing 2014
I applied to the UMass program, with the deadline being mid Jan, and just got an email from admissions this week saying that my application on NursingCAS (the website they use for applications) has not been verified by CAS yet so they could not view my application. I wish I had known earlier so I could have contacted CAS. Knowing that the decisions are already made makes me nervous that they won't even look at mine now. I would just love to find out about MGH (or at least have a specific day that we will know) so that I can stop checking my email!!!

MGH Direct-Entry Nursing 2014
I haven't gotten in or gotten an interview yet. I emailed this week to be sure that my application was complete and they said we would find out by March 1.

MGH Direct-Entry Nursing 2014
I spoke with admissions at MGH and they said we should hear by next week. So nervous! If anyone else applied at Northeastern they said we should find out by the beginning of March. I also applied to Salem State and UMass Medical. Anyone else?

MGH Direct-Entry Nursing 2014
I just sent in my application for MGH Direct-Entry Nursing 2014 and I was hoping to get in touch with other applicants. I applied for the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care NP. The wait is going to kill me! I'm wondering about other people's backgrounds (GPA, GRE scores, experience, etc.) and if anyone has an idea of who MGH accepts. Look forward to hearing from you!
