Merced College Applicants Fall 2019 Spring 2020

I feel you guys, I got rejected last year for the 2nd time, if I don’t get in this third time I’ll probably cry! Last year we got our emails during EMS week, I work in the ER and we were having a BBQ, when I got the email it made me so sad I couldn’t even enjoy the BBQ and I went home and cried ?? I’m such a baby, but I’m glad we all share our love for this! At least we haven’t given up! ??‍♀️

@CPCRYSTAL aww!! I really hope you get in. You’ve definitely waited long enough! As for me, time has gone by so fast from the first time I applied so I don’t want to stress out so much about it. We all have a chance to get in whether it’s our first try or our fourth. It’ll happen eventually ?

I also want to retake one of my sciences so I can try to get into MJC. I definitely don’t have enough points for that program right now lol. I'm working on retaking my teas and also get some work experience as an EMT to have more points. My points are also a little low! I had many things go on my last year of prerequisites and was unable to get all A's..... but I'm working on getting more points for mjc and delta in case I don't get into merced

Awww I will also cry if I get denied! But yes we r still trying!!!

Hi guys. I hope y’all had a great holiday weekend. The time is getting closer. I am so excited and ready to find out. How’s everyone feeling ??? I read that the people who made a mistake in the application. Or incomplete or what not, will be receiving them by April 30th. That is so scary!!

I know!!! I am so nervous! Yes on the website it said by the end of April application will start going back for the people that didnt complete the application correctly. I dont want to see the yellow envelope in my mail box! Accepted or not, I just want to know. But I am praying to get in! Prerequisites took a while for me to complete, now I don't want to wait too long for the program. I feel old! ?????

The update on Merced’s website says that incorrect applications will be sent back by April 30!

Yes! I'm so nervous..... it says that incomplete or disqualified applicants will receive their packets back by April 30, so I'm guessing if we dont receive anything by today or tomorrow we should be good! Then the waiting begins for the next step!
