Merced College Applicants Fall 2019 Spring 2020

Hi everyone :) just noticed that they posted the day they are accepting applications on Merced's website! Who's applying? This will be my second try!

Does anybody know if people already received their application back ? This is so nerve wrecking. Two years ago we found out May 5. And last year I believe it was May 24.

I have not received anything thank God! I thought that this year we would know sooner since the application was earlier right?

Nah, the paper they gave us said May/June ? I’m betting more toward the second week of June

Yes may/June we will know who got accepted, denied, and alternatives. But soon they will be sending out application that did not qualify or that were not filled out correctly. They said those applications will be going out April 30th but I believe they were a bit behind so we are hoping not to get our application back!

No just waiting..... anyone heard of people getting in on their first try? I am trying to keep myself positive but its hard!

I have, honestly it's all just luck. Don't get discouraged, just stay positive. If you don't get in, who cares! KEEP TRYING! If you do, then CELEBRATE! ?

I know like 5/7 people who got in on their first try. A few were based on top scores the others were just lottery luck

They posted the Fall 2019 schedule on their website.. so hopefully that means we will be hearing back soon!

I just read it... I am seriously so upset that they changed it like this! It’s not fair to us repeat applicants at all ???
