Merced College Applicants Fall 2019 Spring 2020

Hi everyone :) just noticed that they posted the day they are accepting applications on Merced's website! Who's applying? This will be my second try!

How many of you are from Modesto??

your time will come! I was so sure id wait four years to get into a program and I did but never lose hope and faith. Good will come.

MJC is going to be 20% lottery as of next year. As long as you have a minimum of 60 points, you can qualify for their lottery selection pool. They are posting the new application next month and the application process will be February 2020 instead of May from now on.

Thank you! curious, who told you this info? I looked on the website and they haven't posted any updates, will Allied Health already start accepting applications in June/July 2019 for fall2020/spring2021, and the processing of those application will start February 2020 instead of May 2020?

Had orientation today. They accepted 12 4th timers into fall 2019 and 4 top score people. I'm an alternate but they would not tell me my number. They did accept 2 people from the alternate list. And they also do alternates for top score people only which was news to me but they are not included into the regular alternate pool. They can only get in if one of the top 4 score people don't accept their seat. They told us alternates to just wait for a phone call it can come anytime up to Jan 14 2020
