thanks for your responses..but how can i get into acute care setting like med-surg, if they always require 'acute care experience'? my experience is not considered 'acute care'..that's the reason why i can't get into the hospital setting...

being a caregiver and a med aide doesnt need any experience or certification..and we have an edge over other applicants simply because we are graduate nurses...
we are all in the same situation.. i failed my NCLEX last july... im working now as a caregiver and soon to become a medication aide in an assisted living facility..
