Our administrator's solution to EVERY problem is to hold a meeting (like we all have time for this?) Yes, sometimes meetings are necessary and productive, but not most of the time. I guess someone else agrees with me...I thought this was cute! See attached:

Sounds like the 5 day a week 9:30 am- :11:45 am ones that happen at my part-time job

Then the committee and come up with a new form! That's what all our committee's answers are....another form to fill out, more paperwork!

Oh! how I agree! Yet another " draft copy" of more paperwork to " trial" Very funny , I have e-mailed it to my Nursing unit Managr! lol
Oh yes...the forms that we fill out on the unit, never to be looked at by anyone else? Love those...really productive!

:chuckle In my job place, the only meetings we have with our administrators are to justify their delay with the payments of our salaries, (monthly)...
...it alleviates their psychological pressure whereas the main issue remains untouched.
