You can send with your courier of choice but make sure they can cater to the address that you will utilize. For DHL, they will not send to GPO addresses, only street addresses. For Philpost they can send to both, however waiting times for delivery are quite longer for Philpost. In my case I personally took my COGS from PRC and sent them thru philpost because I prefer sending to one address (i utilize the PO box address), but the sender's name is still PRC, not me. I was considering the price as well. It could spare at most 1000php per parcel.
Thanks for the info. I already sent everything to AHPRA WA through DHL, which only took 2 days. They started to work on it after 4 working days upon receipt. I am now waiting for the result and hopefully it will be fast :)

That is good to hear. We have to act fast. Since NZ has issued that they are removing nurses from the shortage list. No wonder I have friends having a hard time securing a job. All the best for all of us!
Dear Nurses,
Im in the midst of completing my AHPRA documents. I need help to clarify and get you advice:
1. www.healthcareers.edu.au - A satellite company of IHNA in Manila. I am being contacted by this company after I came across their link when I'm searching for IHNA. They claim that they will assist me in my AHPRA documents application for FREE. I am not certain if they are really linked. Any encounter with them?
2. STATEMENT OF SERVICE VS CERTIFICATE OF EMPLOYMENT.
Do I need to forward original forms or copied/notarized forms will do?
Thank you for your assistance!

You can ask IHNA directly to be sure.
About the statement of service and COE, I think they are pretty much the same as long as it contains what AHPRA requires (see page 14 of AGOS-40).
As for me, the only docs that I submitted that are not certified copies are: CV (should be original), english test (see page 9, q. 19 of AGOS-40), and ICHC reference page (the result will be forwarded to AHPRA).
I hope this helps :)
Hi everyone. I am new here and I am currently on the process of sending my documents to AHPRA but I am stuck with two things.
first, I haven't received my OET result yet. It says there that you need to provide a copy and a certified true copy of the result. I have arranged for my OET result to be sent to Australia and my home. Do I really need to send another CTC or the copy OET will send to them is enough?
second, the ICHC, is that enough already or do I need to send police clearances from the countries I have worked in?
and do we need to submit this form as well
this is the international criminal history check form. I am confused since I already filled up the section in AGOS 40 which is asking for criminal history and I have also done the fit2work
Also, do we need to fill up this form
or the fit2work is enough already? since there is a section in AGOS 40 which asks the reference check number from fit2work.

To know whether to send a copy or a certified copy of english test result, kindly refer to page 9 (question 19) of AGOS -40.
About the ICHC, please see page 7 (question 16) of AGOS-40.
It is stated in the form, if you had your English test within the past 2 years, a copy of the test result is all they need. However, if you had it more than 2 years, then you need to a certified copy with other requirements stated in question 20 of AGOS-40.
ICHC from fit2work will do.
Hello Fellow Nurses,
Can I clarify if this is applicable to overseas nurses or intended for Australian nurses:
CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD)
You are required to participate in a minimum of 20 hours of CPD annually, per profession, relevant to your context of practice. Additional requirements apply if you have an endorsement for scheduled medicines or as a nurse practitioner. You must keep evidence of your participation.
Thank you for your input!
