Meeting AHPRA requirements as a International Trained Nurse from the Philippines
No. I presume. ACN requirements are quite straightforward. You just really have to comply before they issue the offer letter.

I have a friend who is for June 2018 at ACN and he complied pre enrolment requirements around October 2017. He just got the confirmation 2 weeks ago. The slots are filling up so fast as less schools are offering the EPIQ/IRON now in lieu with the commencement of the 6 month BP. I hope they'll get in touch with you soon.

Hi, I also took PTE and you dont have to send the scores to AHPRA using your Peasonvue acct. All you need to do is download and print the PTE score report and send it along with your other documents. Have it certified as well. Cheers!

Bridging Program in Australia
Hi! REgarding your query, It is up to AHPRA to decide whether you have to undergo the BP or a 2 yr bachelor course. But in your case, it is most likely that you only need to undergo the BP since you have 3 years of full time RN experience and you have passed the English exam. Once you passed the BP you have to seek registration to AHPRA. By then, there are various pathways you need to decide to when you become a AURN, i would like to specify 2 of the many. 1. Working visa - once you get a license, you can find an employer who sponsors this visa 2. PR Visa - this process is quite a lengthy one as you have to undergo another set of phases. but I believe this is more fulfilling and actually gives you a bittersweet ending. You can apply to any employer you wish, as not all employers sponsors a working visa, and even though a certain employer sponsors, they still prioritize those who have a PR visa. You can have dual jobs if you can. However, others chose the working visa pathway, and subsequently while working, process their PR visa. The choice is yours actually. PR visa is a points test visa. If you get at least 60 points, you are eligible to express your interest to migrate to Australia. Look it up so you will know where you're at. Cheers!

Hi! To answer your query. Yes, you can submit your AGBP 40 2 to 3 weeks prior to culmination of your BP, this way initial assessments and document verification will commence and AHPRA will definitely get in touch with you and advise you to pass the graduation cert or graduation list (from school) whichever comes first and other documentations if any. And this way, once they get it, in 2 days MINIMUM you will get registered. Might as well you walk in as you lodge at an AHPRA office near you so they can peruse your documents before taking them. That case happened to me. So I got registered fast as compared with the rest. Cheers!

Hi I am from Singapore. I have had my documents from Singapore certified in a notary public in the Philippines. So basically no issue as long as it meets the standards set by AHPRA on certifying documents.

Bridging Program in Australia
Hi future classmate! I have arranged accommodation thru AirBNB at least I am paying the accommodation daily instead of weekly. I am flying to Perth by July 6 that is 4 days prior to commencement of classes and most of the accommodation in gumtree, flatmates, and in IHNA are paid weekly meaning to say I can save a few bucks. Besides I don't really like talking about work/classes when I am home unless warranted though so having classmates as roommates might make it less comfortable for me..So it really depends on the person. What works for one might not work the other as they say. I am looking forward to meeting to you soon. ^^,
