hello! as regards the CV, is it really necessary to attach the nursing certificates/seminars/training attended? mine have all expired.

or will a statement of service be enough?

Any forms of pharmacology certificate or drug certification doesn't have any bearing at all. You can include it to your application but still it doesn't meet the standard or criteria.

I did not provide any documents from CHED to be honest. It's been 3 days now since they acknowledge my application, SO will see how it goes. A friend of mine told me that the most essential docs on your application are the following: Scholastic record and RLE hours, PRC registration and Good standing and International Criminal History Checks.

Hi Guys! Regarding the IELTS Test Report Form (TRF). Does it need to be sent directly from the test center to AHPRA? or

Can I be the one to send the TRF along with my AGOS-40 form and other attachments?

Another question. Is it okay to submit my previously "red-ribboned" academic transcripts? I am submitting them because I will have no other use of them. But as we know, the paper size is not A4. Thank you!

You can send the ielts together with agos-40. Make sure you dont send the original though. Just have it certified as true copy. no red ribbons please. Again, make a copy of the original and have them certified.
