hi pringles025, i got my letter 3 or 4 days, i think, after they received my application.

Call them directly and ask which one you should tick. You can also try to e-mail them, they will reply to you after a few days.

I can answer your question for no. 1. That's ok if your papers are incomplete, BON will be the one to ask for the missing requirements and you can just send those requirements directly to them. After submitting everything they need, they will issue you the eligibility letter.

Yes, all your documents need to be on A4. If you have a copier, just adjust the size on the settings to make it smaller (for example, your TOR is on a long bond paper) and copy your documents to an A4 size paper.
