Hi, I'm about to start the online course for IHNA. Is there anyone here who was already done with this? I need some guidance regarding the enrollment process and online course just to make sure that everything will go smoothly. If there is someone who can help me out, please let me know asap. It will be highly appreciated. Thanks fellow nurses! :)

hi guys!
i'm quite having problem with regard to the history of my vaccination. i don't have a record book and my mom doesn't remember where she did my vaccination. would it be okay to receive again shotts of MMR and varicella (in case i had them before)? if yes, i need 2 doses of MMR vaccine at least one month apart and 2 doses of varicella vaccine also one month apart. but i only have until mid september to submit it to my agent.
i'm thinking of having a serology test but when i inquired in a tertiary hospital here in our province, it would cost me around 13k plus, the result will be released 1 to 2 weeks because it will processed in manila. do you know a hospital/center in manila that provides cheaper serology test?
i also need to have one adult dose of diptheria/tetorifice/pertussis vaccine (dTpa). is this available in the city health office?..
thanks a lot!:)

Serology is really costy, mate. I had the same problem and what i did was to go to a doctor at asian hospital and had just one shot of each vaccine. It's okay to have those again. For DTAP it should be boostrix or adacel which would cost about 2,000 depending on the clinic or institution but i suggest you just go to one practitioner so that it would be organised. Talk to your doctor about this so that if ever, he or she can just provide a document for you.
