Thanks! Luckily, I received the visa after 1 week of lodgement, same time with the medical. Yup, I was also noted of the increase and I have not paid it yet myself. :) It would be a great help of you ca refer me with the accommodation. Thanks again!

Sorry about that, I am not well aware with the different visa being used. All I know is Subclass 575 allows multiple entry, 40 hours work per fortnight, and given for short term courses (like the Bridging Program). For subclass 456, you can try this link on the DIAC website: http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/business/456/

Meeting AHPRA requirements as a International Trained Nurse from the Philippines
Hi. The earliest intake for La Trobe next year wud be January 2013. Unfortunately, as I have been informed, January intake is already closed. The next intake wud be on June 2013. Regarding the application process, I just downloaded their application form from their website and submitted it to IDP Manila. I practically did not do anything and let them handle all the procedures. :)

Meeting AHPRA requirements as a International Trained Nurse from the Philippines
I just finished my immunizations today. I already received my visa as well. It only took a week before my visa was approved. Also, La Trobe emailed me that there is an increase in their TF. Now its 10,500. Anyhow, can you inform me or share some info on any lodgings if you know any? Im a little bit uneasy on that. :) thanks!
