Hi, yes you should apply vefore submitting your application as you need to attach the reference page of the check. It takes about 2 weeks to have the result.

They are very specific and requires detailed CV with Skills competency list and CPD.

I and my friend applied together for registration. CHED is required for those who graduated in private schools like he did. I had my degree in a public school and its not required because there is a special order that except all public universities thats why my school documents didn't pass CHED. My uni sent it directly to IQNM.

i also graduated from a private school but they didn't require any CHED papers. :)

Some private schools are having external accreditations like PACUCOA and others not yet when they graduated that is why they need to pass their docs in CHED.

To those applying, I suggest just pass it without ched, and then if your officer asks for it (which i doubt because we do not meet criterion 2,3,6 and 8 anyway), then just send it after. Saves you all the hassle. Again, I passed it without CHED (because i read it here before) and I got my LOE. Just my two cents.

Do they also ask situational nursing scenarios wherein they test your nursing judgment? Around how long did your interview take? Are they friendly/conversational or really formal?

Nope, they'll ask you to give them an example of a stressful situation and ask you how you handled it. It took about 45min. The lady who interviewed me was really friendly. She told me it's an informal interview so I shouldn't be too anxious about it.
