   3 weeks in my case from the lodgement of refund application.. Im not sure now if they will still send a refund application form or they will automatically debit back to your card..

   Those letters or documents from the concerned agencies were sent through registered post with consideration in mind the location and address of the said agency. Im not sure about sending it by international couriers..except for the main application.....

    mine, exactly 8 days from the day they posted it. i believe it will take another 5-7 days after the result has been posted online before they will post it via mail to your designated address.. cheers...
