guys, may i ask which clinic did u do your immunizations/ vaccinations, and how much? thanks..
You can go to any Pediatrics clinic... they have most of the vaccinations needed... then get a certification from them. For the tuberculine skin test, you could go to a pulmonologist. If your school requires chest x-ray as well, do it at the same time you had your skin test.... the date won't matter anyway... but just so you could do all at the same time especially if the clinic is incorporated in the diagnostic center.
I see. Thank you so much for explaining. Will consider other schools then. The accomodation for the theory part in IHNA is free. The clinicals, though, i have to inquire where they place students because they do not have their own hospital. Anyone from IHNA here? Will appreciate your inputs very much :)
IHNA Clinical placement usually in regional areas in Victoria and NSW.some in melbourne and some in sydney. Some hospitals will provide accomodation to students at a reasonable price.. IHNA will provide assistance in arranging accomodation for clinical placement for those who don't have.
Hi everyone!
My wife just received her IELTS acad results yesterday with OBS of 7.0
She was a Staff Nurse from 2000-2003 then was promoted to Professor/Clinical Instructor of College of Nursing from 2003 up to present. Would this have a difference with regards to her APHRA application? technically she is a Registered Nurse however she was already in the academe. im quite confused. Thanks
thank you!
None. They are just looking for 3 months experience in any field of nursing (clinicals, academe, managerial).

Not sure if there are several countries involved. Mine took less than a week to process but it is because I'm based in the Philippines only.
Does anyone have an idea how long do I have to wait for the international criminal history check for AHPRA? I used to work in Saudi Arabia for 5 years. Any feedback would be really appreciated. Thanks.
