@jmolina1985 Thank you very much. Does it have to be really detailed like how many hours I spent on a specific clinical rotation? Because I am going to make a template for this one, so that they could just print it and sign it. It's my last hurdle and I am really relying on this one. I really appreciate your reply.
I have been following this thread since I lodged my ahpra application last august 2014, i havent Checked this forum for a while and I was suprised with a lot of people here have received their LOEs.. Great news though I havent received mine, my RO just requested me a detailed resume and Certificate of service with the work descriptions from my employer here since I got a registration referal from our director in nursing(currently working as an Asst in Nursing grade 2 here in Sydney) Been here for 10months now.
BP in SYDNEY: those who are planning to go to ACN its really accessible via train and a short 2min walk. But its better if you can find accomodation in Burwood or Strathfield area(where I live) 1min via train or bus to ACN. Other suburbs I can recommend for Express trains to burwood (trains here are unlike in PH which stops in evey station), better to stay in Ashfield, Redfern, Parramatta, Granville, Auburn and Lidcombe. Others would recommend Blacktown(filo-suburb) but it would take less than 1hr and there are not so much trains passing. Good luck and God bless, hope to see some of you.. :) ---AJ
it's been 8weeks since i submitted my application to ahpra nsw. Reg officer said my papers already with national team for review. Anyway hoping we all get our LOE soon.As for people asking about OET, i took OET as well last march 29, SG. after failing to get AC 7 of ielts last yr, so anyone planning to take the exam please let me know i can share with you my review materials for free.
Hi there, i know my reply is kinda late but i am interested in your generosity to share your review materials on OET. I also failed to get AC 7 of IELTS so instead of retaking it, i decided to try OET, Thank You!

hi there Matt, have you accomplished this one already? the detailed RLE summary for your criteria no. 5? i am currently gathering requirements and my school has no idea on these because the last time i check they only give the number of hours. I'll greatly appreciate your feedback. Many Thanks!
Hi, that I am not sure yet. They're asking me for a complete and detailed documentation for the RLE. What I have are the list of hours per subject/category (e.g. Medical, Surgical, OB and etc.) plus the list of facilities/hospitals that my school is affiliated with. If that would suffice then I won't have a problem. I will still get a more detailed one on my school. I will update you if ever I get through this one.

The school should know this because they are to provide this with your original OTE and diploma after graduation. IT is a separate document from your ote. Here in Baguio, I've seen nursing schools provide it with the OTE... so I guess it's a national thing for all Nursing schools here in the Philippines.

Schools usually issue an RLE summary document along with your transcript of records. You had this document as it is a requirement for applying for the NLE. Normally, you would have about 2100 hours of exposure divided into the different major nursing units you took, ask your school or check that old folder of school documents you have. The document in my case also stated which hospitals were the school affiliated withrelation to the major fields of nursing study (Ortho, OB, Mental Health, Acute, etc.)
