Hi I'm new here. I need help. I am currently in the UAE. I am trying to fix my requirements for AHPRA registration. I am educated in the Philippines, passed the NCLEX-RN for CA, and working as a registered nurse here in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Is there someone with a similar case? I don't know which address to put in the application form and what documents I need here. Do i have it notarized in the philippines or here? Do i have to declare I passed the NCLEX and my license here in Abu Dhabi? I am still trying to read through the forums. I hope someone can lead me.

Had u passed ur IELTS or OET? If u already did, then u need to complete Agos40 form with required documents plus IQNM requirements and send to ahpra. As for notarizing your documents you can have it anywhere just be sure you follows ahpras guidelines of who can authorize your documents. Please read up Ahpra page for these.
As for your US registration it's better to declare it with ahpra, and by that you later need to ask the state where you are registered to send your registration cert or cert of good standing directly to ahpra.
Hope this helps.
Thanks for your response. yup. i passed the IELTS just this month. I am seeking advise from philman they were asking me not to declare my nclex and my abu dhabi RN license. They told me it's better off not declared so ahpra would not ask for any other documents since this might cause some delay based on their experience.
So i am not sure if i should take their advice or not.
DIY is way faster and save you big bucks. We did it you surely can do by yourself. Start with your school docs be sure you have rle and course description aside from ToR. Comple your work statement cert with referral letters. The rest is your basic documents. For identifications any id's will suffice.Edit/update your cv according to ahpras format. Once your agos40 is ready, request cert of good standing from uae nursing body to send to ahpra as well as good standing from PRC.
After that work on iqnm requirements ask criteria 2&8 from your school ( template attached in ahpra's site) and lastly ask ched (where your school is accredited)to send criteria 3 ( with template as well)

not declaring your NCLEX license would be fine but omitting your abu dhabi license is questionable. After all you"ve worked as a nurse there and YEARS OF EXPERIENCE matters esp if u have 4 years and up experience with special area exposure these are pleasing to the eyes of the employers post BP. Nowadays finding job post BP is difficult so this can be our big big advantage. Based from my experience i would recommend that you apply to AHPRA on your own than seek advise of an agency read and read more this thread it helped me a lot while processing my application.
