Published

hi... anyone please enlighten me...

if ever the documents you've sent to aphra is incomplete, will they notify you? and will they give you a chance to comply? or will they direclty make a decision? thank you...

Hi candycane27! What are the documents that you will submit to ahpra? I am about to prepare all of the papers that I needed to submit to them but somehow i'm still confused on whether I have the correct list. Did you passed the ielts exam too?

hi... thank God i am not alone now...im about to submit, hopefully this week... im hesitating coz we do have the same dilemma... i am aslo confused and anxious whether ive really followed their standards or not...

but anyway, yes i already passed the ielts exam...

with regards to the documents... i just prepared my school credentials... then my employment certificates... my training certificates... passport...nbi... CV ( which is a little confusing for me) coz it should be according to their guidelines...i just made sure all my supporting documents have been certified/ notarized...

I was supposed to take the ielts exam last june but something unfortunate happened so i'll be taking it in august instead. Did you enroll in any review center for the ielts exam? Btw in what school did you graduated from?

Yes I did... just here in our place... its better to have a review center than reviewing all by yourself coz its like going to school again... u will interact with other people and at the same time u will have someone to check your work...most importantly u will be more disciplined when it comes to managing ur time...as we all know time is the greatest enemy during the exam especially on the writing part...

Anyway, im from mindanao state university. .. how about you?

@Majai Thanks for the information! That really helped Last question, which particular office in CHED shall I go to process criterion 8?

I really think I need to be enrolled. Thanks for that. :) I'm from La consolacion college manila. I need to go to ched and paascu for the certifcate of accreditation. Do you already have one? I've been having a hard time editing my cv right now. Lol

Go to your regional CHED office. I'm from La Trinidad, Benguet and took my nursing education from Pines City Colleges. So I submitted my documents in CHED regional office located in Km. 6. La Trinidad, Benguet. I submitted the needed documents in the morning and was able to get the needed IQNM requirement in the afternoon.

I sent my documents on June 27 and just now received an email from AHPRA that they have received my papers. :-) (y)

hi majai. What are the documents that you sent to aphra? I'm quite confused with what I should submit to them. TIA :)

kzcenizal, I sent them certified true copies of my bc, mc, otr, rle, diploma, prof.l cert, prof. license, cv, ielts, course description. my school sent IQNM 2, Pharmacy course syllabus. CHED for IQNM 3, and Good standing from PRC.

check the 2nd to the last page of the AHPRA application form. There is a checklist that indicates the documents you should include. To be able to arrange your documents, just follow the sequence as you fill up the application form.

Guys, I'm having a hard time regarding accreditation info from feu and ched. I went to feu to request for it and I also went to ched. The staff from ched told me that certified true copies of diploma and tor will not do. I've been told to ask an endorsement letter from feu for me to be given an accreditation info and that original copies of diploma and tor should be sent to them. When I asked one from feu, she said that feu will be the one to send a request to ched for me to be given an accreditation info. Help pls.. what should I do? Thank you..

I'm sorry about your situation. But for us here in the CAR, we were only asked to give them certified true copies of our diploma, otr, and rle... including the sample document. My school was aware of it as well since a lot of their alumni requested for the same document.

You better follow-up on your school so that they could request for the document ASAP, since they said that they will be the one to give the info. to CHED.
