Hello guys, I just received my decision letter from AHPRA, after submitting all my documents regarding the IQNM. I would like to ask, if someone here will be taking a bridging program in IHNA?thanks.
How long did you wait after you completed the requirements for IQNM?
Which state did you lodge your application?
For IQNM criterion 3, did you send both from CHED and PAASCU/PACUCOA or just from CHED?
Hi there iamnomad! It's me again. Sorry I just thought I'd ask you about this. I can't help it. I have posted all the requirements that was asked from me (finally) to IQNM applications last week. Twas via express post from here in QLD and for sure as I've tracked it too, they already got it. The other requirements being asked from CHED, PRC, etc. are on their way as well or might have already been received by AHPRA at the moment. I expected to hear from them maybe through an email like an acknowledgement of the receipt of all those documents but no I haven't. I check my email everyday. Now I'd like to ask, how does it work from here? Should I just wait or ring them? Please if you could enlighten me, would appreciate it so much. Thank you.
last week is still fresh.. i have waited mine for 13 long months.. yes! it took me more than a year.. :)
hello guys.. can somebody enlighten me about the CV required by AHPRA. we're gathering documents for my husband to be assessed by ahpra and i was wondering about the content of the cv. does it still need to have "cases handled", "medications encountered"?? when in my time last 2010, i had it but when i was reading the cv format for this year, i didnt see that content. can someone pls help me guide about the content of the cv.. thank u so much :)

Wow! 7 months and 3 months..
its good to be reading about this, and setting my expectations right.. they have confirmed receipt of all my docs 1st april. So i guess, im in for the long haul,.
i know an irish nurse, and she said she waited for 7 months, considering hers should be quite straightforward.
thanks!
@ ninathereze.
i think it depends on your CO. mine is quite prompt in answering queries. after giving it some time, i emailed him, and
asked for confirmation of receipt of my docs. and he did. and he just said, to wait until they get back to me, and that
my docs are being assessed.
on the other hand, my friend in Sidney hasnt heard from his CO, although he has completed his requirements 1 month ahead of me,
he was probably the first guy to have acquired certification from ched, last thing they said was its still on assessment.

The best thing is to wait. You will hear from them at some point. I guess if you don't hear from them for about 3 months, just enquire. But just be informed that processing time could take up to months and months. I waited for about 7 months.
Also, it's registration renewal period for RNs here. So expect a delay.
