@namputzsent them my docs December of last year and they asked for additional docs last February, that was around 5 months before they approved my application for a bridging program. I thought that i wasn't able to pass their assessment.
Guys, do you have any idea on what school that offers BPs during the last quarter of the year or January 2014? hoping that it's near Melbourne. I'm still lost on what to do. I'll be on my 2nd year of service this coming October that's why I am opting to undergo BP on the last quarter or early next year.
Hi. What ahpra state did you lodge your application? I've observed that assessment really takes a while now. I submitted mine last Feb. They didn't ask for any additional docs though. Still waiting for an update.
thank you noveau! how long did u wait for your eligibility from aphra? i am already having doubts to pursuing it because of the number of applicants these days.
Hello kit,
I waited exactly 2 mos after receiving an email from my case officer that ahpra already have my documents.
You can actually send emails to your case officer and ask the status of your application or just simply follow up your application.

hi! i passed my docs in adelaide SA. ahpra received my docs last december and i am still waiting for the letter of eligibility until now. i send an email to them monthly to ask for the status of my application and they only reply that it is still under assessment. tbh, i am starting to lose my patience. i dont know what is taking them so long to assess my documents.

Hi namputz, I strongly suggest that you call them up directly so you may follow up right on the spot. When they told me about my CPD requirement not having the number of hours via email, I replied immediately that it was indicated in the document that I sent. It took twice the messages with the same response that it was not there. Unfazed, I called them up and thankfully, the guy who handled my call checked my profile or I'm not sure how they check up on applicants. I really took the time to tell them that I have the original documents with me and that they check on their end if the hours is still not indicated. He said he will forward it to my officer. The next day I got an email acknowledging the number of hours. So point being is that sometimes you just have to be persistent in updating your application because a lot of things can go wrong during the process whether it would be at our end or theirs. So call them up if you can to follow up. Just a suggestion.
