July 5 I was told that my medicals were forwarded to Australia... and was told to wait for my visa. I got my visa via courier last july 23... that's how long it took before I got my visa. and the deadline of the school is july 20. so I was not able to make it.. you would know if there are problems with your medicals if the facility would ask you to repeat some of the tests. if you were not asked to repeat then your results are okay..
Hey patringrn..thanks a lot. I got my visa in hand today. Actually it was approved July 25 but they took time for the courier delivery. Its so sad for you that your school has some sort of deadline and you could not make it. I am for August Intake so I will be leaving by Aug9. Good luck and God Bless!
Hello dear friends,
I finally received my 456 visa in hand today (received via courier) with no conditions imposed. Hopefully leaving by August 9 for Melbourne. Bridging course starts August 13, Alpine Health Victoria. I have done all the paperworks on my own, including the visa and Praise God, I finally could make it! Thank you and continue to keep up the good work..but never ever give up...God will make a way in His own perfect time..:)

Wow! Good for you! I have seriously thought of going to Australia to work. However, researching about the whole process have started to give me a headache already. I am confused and disoriented though i haven't actually taken a step yet. LOL! Since i haven't started on any step of the whole process, i hope you could give me an overview of the steps you took in order to arrive to where you are now. I hope to undergo this all by myself too, and not through an agency (i'm on a tight budget, unemployed and relying on mother for finances. haha)
By the way, how many working years have you got? How long was the process (from taking the IELTS to 456 visa)? How much did you spend all in all?
Do you think a fresh grad with no experience like me could ever set foot in Australia? I have started to feel desperate but upon reading your success story, it somehow gave me motivation.
Wow! A really fresh grad then! My working experience is just a few months, so it isn't really that much yet. I opted for the bridging program because it's cheaper, and studying there for more than a year is so expensive. Is it okay if I add you on FB so we can chat there?
Sure. Just post you email address here and i'll add you up :)
