MDC Nursing Spring 2017

Published

Hi,

I just took the Hesi entrance exam last week and I am about to apply to Miami Dade College for the Spring 2017 generic full time program. The deadline is September 1 so I am sure there are more than a few people that have applied or are getting ready to apply. I have not seen a forum as yet for spring 2017. I would like to hear from people who are applying for spring 2017.

Same side...I also got the blue. I wonder if you were seated right behind me? I was in the third row on the right side.

Hi guys!

Question, where can I can get the TB skin tests?... besides MDC. I really can't take hours waiting because of my work schedule. Any other places anyone tried? And price? Would greatly appreciate it.

Oh cool so that means we're gonna be in the same fundamentals class :) But no that's wasn't me I was in the back ..second to last row; aisle seat

I was also on the right side of the room, got the blue paper :) I was in the middle towards the end.

I tried to check my degree audit today but had no idea what to look for. We should check Monday morning to see if we can finally register. And yes those of us that sat on the right side of the room will be in the same Fundamentals lecture and intro to nursing math/pharm class!

Man all you guys got lucky the ones on the right side got the better schedule. You effectively only have to come 3 days of the week the green schedule is everyday except Thursday

You had the option of trading sequence papers with someone from the other side of the room, someone next to me did that cuz I guess it fit her schedule better.

Even though we're only Tues-Thurs it looks like we're all going to be very busy.

The first semester is definitely a trip. It is packed, it is stressful, but you guys can do it, do as many questions as you can before the first test to get a good feel on how to answer these types of questions. Once you get the questions down, and know what they asking for, the classes become much more easier.

Yeah I'm kind of overwhelmed just looking at the schedule but I will not be working so I will be completely focused on school and studying and will get help from tutors if needed. It won't be easy but it will be worth it :)

It really will be. The program is intense but it is only a year and a half so its not that long. Time goes by quick.

Can anyone tell me the difference between the two Jackson Plaza Clinical sites? I am seeing "JMH WW 11" and Jackson UMF telemetry 8th FL North " .I'm trying to figure the location of each but Google is not being very helpful. Which one is closer to the medical campus?
