MDC Nursing Spring 2017

Hi,

I just took the Hesi entrance exam last week and I am about to apply to Miami Dade College for the Spring 2017 generic full time program. The deadline is September 1 so I am sure there are more than a few people that have applied or are getting ready to apply. I have not seen a forum as yet for spring 2017. I would like to hear from people who are applying for spring 2017.

Hey guys! Has anyone here taken their flu shot at Walgreens? Because I did and I uploaded the document into complio and it rejected it... I'm wondering if it happened to anybody else here?

Did they give you a specific reason why? I got mine done on Walgreens and it was fine

It's asking for a lot number and expiration date but not even I can find it on the receipt they gave me.

It happened to me also , they told me that my flu shot didn't have an expiration date so I have to go back to Walgreens and get that fixed

go go back to Walgreens with the receipt so they can give u the vaccination card. Tell them it's for school.

Same here, I'm going to have to go back and ask to see how I can obtain the lot number and expiration date

You have to go back to Walgreens and the pharmacist has to fill out the paper with the expiration date abd the lot number. Tell him its for school

I brought it to the school and they added it to the entire record they prinyed out so idk if that will pose a problem!

By paper do you mean Student health record form? Or do they have to fill out a separate form themselves?

You can also just call walgreens and they will provide that information as well!

I dont know if this was already answered, but how long does it take for complio to review our submitted documents and mark as compliant. Im worried my documents may be uploaded too late, because we have to be compliant by Thursday right?!?!

Hey FutureRNDO yes the email states they want it to be complete by the 17th which is orientation, but for those of us like me that wont be ready since I got my email last Tuesday, I was told that a Dr foster will be at our orientation and will ask who is not been able to complete their requirements and we will speak to him and will grant us an extension..this was told to me by the receptionist on the third floor second building at the medical campus when I went to try and talk to romelia oliver after submitting my acceptance form yesterday.
