MDC Nursing Spring 2017

I just took the Hesi entrance exam last week and I am about to apply to Miami Dade College for the Spring 2017 generic full time program. The deadline is September 1 so I am sure there are more than a few people that have applied or are getting ready to apply. I have not seen a forum as yet for spring 2017. I would like to hear from people who are applying for spring 2017.

It's asking for a lot number and expiration date but not even I can find it on the receipt they gave me.

You mean the lot number and stuff? All of that should be on the immunization consent form. I got mine done at Costco and I scanned that and the other paper with my name, price, etc. If they didn't give you an immunization consent form I'd call and ask tomorrow.

I dont know if this was already answered, but how long does it take for complio to review our submitted documents and mark as compliant. Im worried my documents may be uploaded too late, because we have to be compliant by Thursday right?!?!

Yeah I believe if you want to register you have to be compliant by Thursday :/

I called Complio customer service last week and the lady told me it can take anywhere from 1-3 business days, depends on how busy they are. I uploaded documents on Monday and the titers/student health form today and only 3/10 things have been approved so far.

Hello,

I'm new here and understand a lot of you guys had orientation today and was curious to know if you could share some of the info as my orientation isn't until the 29?

For everyone who isn't compliant and has turned in their material and needs approval ASAP, email [email protected], give your student number and name and let him know that your background check, drug screen, or whatever is submitted and if he can approve it. The school is responsible for the drug test and background check I believe, while complio handles the other material, I forget which ones, but don't be shy on calling complio or Foster to approve your material, it's MDC, you need to be on top of your **** and you need to let them know you're on top of it.

One of my documents got scanned wrong and rejected by Complio on Tuesday so on Wednesday morning I went to the closest campus to me and rescanned/reuploaded and then called Complio and told them I urgently needed the documents reviewed and approved before Thursday... the guy told me they "couldn't do that" and that it'd be reviewed in the order it was received in 1-3 business days. Thankfully last night at like midnight I got my last item on Complio approved. I do know a couple of people who have one or several items that still need to be approved, I'd call Complio AND email Dr. Foster if you're still not compliant by tomorrow because we didn't have registration today but it will be soon, probably Monday or Tuesday of next week so you want to make sure you're compliant by tomorrow or Monday the latest.

Hey guys I know registration opens either Monday or Tuesday for our classes but I didn't hear the part about how we will know. Are they going to notify us by email or do we just have to check manually to see if they classes are open

Right I vaguely remember them saying something about our degree audit ; that when we see on the program status that it changes we will know that we can register? Did I hear that correctly? ...

Yes that sounds like what she said. Check your degree audit on Monday. I don't think we can register until our major is changed to nursing. Btw what side of the room were you on? Did you get green or blue schedule to select classes from?

Right it will change from preselect to nursing. I was on the right side that got the blue paper sequence and you?
