So I'm starting the post for Spring 2014. I'm currently waiting for my acceptance letter for fall term but just in case applying for spring is my back up plan.

So my GPA is 3.0 and my teas is 72 giving me a score around 73.

Since I didn't get a first round email for fall I'm thinking of retaking my teas test so if anyone is willing to study with me please let me know. Good luck to everyone applying for spring!!

According to the lady who we turned our health forms to, she said that the Part Time group can decline the flu shot this time around since it won't be flu season by the time we start clinicals (in the summer) but everyone else needed it supposedly.

I did get an email about a Pearson test tomorrow (RASE) anyone knows what's that about because on the acceptance email says of another assessment the day after my orientation. Anyone knows anything please share.

They apparently changed the date of the RASE exam. Even though the acceptance email might say another date, you have to register for the date/time that the recent email states.

I registered like the email said and the date it gave me was november 25th at 1pm., so this will be the exam they told me that I had to go to homestead campus to take.

How long did it take for everyone's DCF letter to clear? I went to get my fingerprints a week ago and still haven't heard anything. Wasn't sure where to call or if I should just give it more time?

I appreciate any responses

It should only take about 3 business days I believe.

I never received a confirmation email, but when I went to pick it up it was ready.

Think you might be able to call the deans office to check if it is ready.

So just to get it straight... We have to pick up the DCF letter and turn it in to The School of Nursing??

yes you need to go to the dean's office and get your background check and your Dcf letter they are going to give it to you stapled then you make copies for your record and turn them in
