Mayo Clinic Nurse Residency AZ July 2022

Hey everyone! I am making this thread for people who are interested in applying for the nurse residency program at Mayo in Arizona! I haven't seen anyone make one yet for the July 2022 cohort so if you're interested in applying, this thread is for you! Hopefully we can keep each other updated on the process 🙂

I use to be an MA and a dental assistant. But no, not PCT or CNA.

Yeah! I’ve been a CNA/PCT for about 5 years, the last three years have been in a hospital. Do you have experience?

Nice! I do, but only about 1 year. Hoping it’s enough:)

Oh gosh I don't even think CNA experience matters! From what I have learned about hospitals hiring new grads, they really care about clinical experiences in nursing school
