Politicians sometimes have a way of putting their foot in their mouth – especially when speaking about topics that they are unfamiliar with. When Washington state Senator Maureen Walsh incorrectly stated that nurses "probably play cards for a considerable amount of the day", her foot was planted firmly in her mouth. With nurses being named the most trusted profession for the 17th consecutive year, it's obvious that her assumption is incorrect.
What we want from you, our loyal readers, is simple. Get creative and show us your best meme riffing on the comments that Maureen Walsh made regarding "likely playing cards" during their shifts. Post them in the comments below and you could be on your way to winning $250 courtesy of FitFlop.
