Maricopa Spring 2016 Block 1 students

So we all should have heard weeks ago about our placement now I wanted to start a place for the preparation for Block 1.

I know Fall semester still needs to start and end before we can even get to block 1, but hey I'm to excited.

How is everyone doing getting situated for the universitys?

When is everyone thinking about starting the stuff that needs to be done for Maricopa (I.e. medical papers, titer tests, CPR)?

I wonder why Mesa isn't having us upload anything? Has anyone heard differently

I was told at registration we would be uploading docs to a site, but would we would hear more at orientation. So just wait till then :)

Because when you went in your presented copies of all the required material they requested to complete your registration.

probably better that way... They got it in person and not a chance of online blunders.

MCC afternoon here also!

I guess it's supposed to help with clinicals and future job opportunities to have all the documents in one easy location. Online. Easy access. And if anything gets lost you can pull it right up. And employers can look it up and have all documents they need quickly.

Im ready to start!

I didn't get an email response or phone response today about uploading. Will try again tomorrow. Our GWCC instructions specifically stated everything had to be uploaded before orientation. So maybe each school is different?

Yes, each school is different. If you read earlier in the thread, MCC had to have the flu shot to even register for class, whereas GWCC didn't.

Who are you trying to contact at GW? I know ------------- can be very hard to get ahold of.

This is what the advisor sent me at Gwcc for just getting to upload the medical documents!

This will only work for gateway.

But follow the directions here and you will be able to upload your medical documents for those of u who haven't gotten a hold of anyone!

I was in the same boat without having anything uploaded the other day and I was stressing out because of the orientation deadline they set...

Rachael -- I just left mesages for --------, ----------- & ---------------------- (all numbers off the GWCC site) and then I emailed them. Squeaky wheel??? Hopefully I'll hear back today. I'm going to call Certified Profile... actually just called them and the helpful person there gave me a code I need to add the medical upload portion to the site. So if anyone else is having trouble, you can call them and maybe get the code from them. WHEW.

Joelle71... I was having the same issues and the above post gives u the directions to upload the medical documents to certified profile for gateway cc
