Maricopa Nursing CEP 2019 (Applicants for April 1st - May 31st)

There is already a post for CEP 2019 Summer Start so I figured I would make a new post for those applying next round. I am curious to see how many people plan to apply and how competitive this round will be.

I am applying to PVCC/NAU with 84 points. Thank you to those who participate and good luck next round! ????

@RoseRNBSNHaha right? Don't want to jinx it. Thank you for letting me know some of the more common academic challenges that you see other nursing students face. That's very insightful. I will make sure to pay extra attention to the details you mentioned. Thanks again!

@Apple-CoreI want to know everything! I'm just playing. I can't think of anything else specific right now, but if I think of something and you don't mind, I will reach out. I'll make sure to refresh on the subjects you mentioned. My medical terminology class is about to start in a couple of weeks, and I also took a couple of HCC courses to help me prepare. Thank you again for all your help.

No, you don't have to do anything with the universities while you're waiting. Once you receive your acceptance letter, you'll be contacted by NAU with your orientation date. They will contact you through your maricopa email!

@candidate 1I understand. I truly do. If you don't mind my asking, what is your score? Remember there are people here, including myself, that are willing to help/give advice so you can get accepted. I don't know if I am going to make the cut either, but we still got to kick butt and do what it takes until we do, right? Sometimes it's the challenges in life that help change us the most, and there is something to learn even if it's not what we want at the time. I know where you are coming from, but don't stop. If it's really what you want. I'm sorry. I don't know what I can do to help, but if you think of something, let me know.

Those numbers are from last round. I was asking the person who posted this if they were communicating with the advisor this round too. TO hopefully get an idea on the lowest being accepted.... but no answer

My score is 81.7. I guess this just allows more time for me to save more money. Have to look at the brighter side. Besides I’m still on the waitlist so I’m bound to start at some point. Hahah. I don’t know why I’m getting so worked up about it. I wasn’t even my first choice to get in CEP I was perfectly fine with the traditional waitlist. I think I just got to involved and my mind wondered off. Hahha
