Maricopa Nursing CEP 2019 (Applicants for April 1st - May 31st)

There is already a post for CEP 2019 Summer Start so I figured I would make a new post for those applying next round. I am curious to see how many people plan to apply and how competitive this round will be.

I am applying to PVCC/NAU with 84 points. Thank you to those who participate and good luck next round! ????

I am applying for CGCC/GCU. I'm not sure how many points I will have yet. I'm finishing up a class and have to retake the HESI before I apply. I will update this post when I know my exact number. Hopefully the high 70's though.

I'm curious who else is applying to the GCU program.

Not sure of my score yet as I'm finishing up bio 202 and chem 130 right now but my goal is 86-87 points for mcc/asu I'll finish classes in 6 weeks and post my official score!

You will have a good shot with points in the upper 70's. I know some people who got in with 78's & 79's. ?

@Marie93I have 82 GPA 3.8 trying to finish my critical reading so that I could meet May 31st deadline. I am also on the traditional wait list is so crazy. So I decided to give CEP a try. Will apply for PVCC, SCC and PCC. So, my advisor told me that the last round had people accepted with 69 when I had 82. So she told me that I wasn’t going to be competitive but now those with lower point went in. I feel so pissed right I could have got In this fall but anyway it is what it is. I will apply for spring 2020. Do you know how long it takes CEP to receive acceptance letter? When we apply this may

I am in the same boat girl. I was misguided by an advisor and it delayed me an entire semester. I could have got in last round also. Now, with this round, more points are given to students with bachelors degrees so it is even more competitive than the last round. ? Acceptance letters start going out June 24th I believe! Good luck this round

@Marie93 I feel your pain I wished I have never heard what she said. Anyway, June 24? I feel sick to my stomach already That so close. Which university are you applying to? I can only apply for ASU, UIU or grand Canyon University. if we get accepted in the program do you know when the universities will start? I know block one will be January 2020

I will be applying to NAU ? University classes will start in August I believe. I know.. I am getting so nervous. I am waiting until I finish my last class then will be applying. Do not know which CC I will be applying to yet.. I am moving out to Avondale May 31 and PVCC is too far away..
