Anyone else planning on starting the program on March 26? I just got off the phone with admissions and they have my transcripts. After my info as been through "two checkpoints," I'm supposed to receive a welcome packet in late February. I'm excited and nervous at the same time!
Wow! this paper is a real handful, i just need to get in sink with writing papers again.I am hoping to get this thing done today plus i need to make another DB response. I would say i am a little behind.
I'll say! I'm typing up my rought draft and I finally got to page three! This paper is going to have to be four pages long because I need to finish this before I go to bed!
It looks like I'll be spending Easter finishing my paper. It is definitely time consuming. I hope it will get easier too. I'd much rather have the first week again with quick assignments vs. writing these papers with all the research involved. At least next week we don't have a paper, must two DB posts with responses!! At least we aren't alone!!!
Is anyone else hoping that since we are doing a combined class that we are doing more than what's normal for a usual 5 week course? I know they said the first week was heavy, but this just seems REALLY intense. Perhaps it won't seem to be this way once I get used to the swing of things (ie getting used to writing papers).
Well, we can all say later this week that we halfway done! :yelclap::cheers:
And I want to thank everyone who has contributed to this thread... I can't tell you how reassuring it is for me to come on to AN and see others post exactly how I feel. If it wasn't for this, I'd probably be contemplating dropping out but now I know I'm definitely not alone.

I'm right there with you. I just started my paper yesterday, although I had taken down a bunch of notes as I did the reading. It's way harder to write than I thought it would be. Hoping when I go back to it this evening a fresh set of eyes will help. I'm just worried that my TA won't feel I properly adressed the topics in enough detail. Writing about how my practice relates to my states standards is hard, since it mostly just talks about education and immunizations. Not real thrilling stuff.
MS Word is hard, I thought I did the running header and all that right, but got marked down saying to review it. Not sure what was wrong, so I have to start that over.
