I believe the UA is with your drug screen i believe because i didn't do that with my physical or anything.

I just made an appointment with my doc and went over all the paperwork with her, left it there for her to fill out and picked it up later. The UA you have from 7/27-8/1 from what Tony Scott told me, but get it done sooner than 8/1.

I haven't seen the handbook at all.

It's not run together. Labcorp shows the drugs requested by Malcolm but not regular urinalysis on the drug panel. They have never requested a regular urinalysis before.

Weird, i never did a UA i dont think. I dont know what the point of checking my pee would be unless it was for a drug test or disease.

I believe that is meant for the ten panel urinalysis, that's where you upload the results prob.

That's what I think too. They are only going to see protein or glucose but why would they request that.

Also, on the medical compliance checklist it says Urine Drug Screen, it doesn't saying anything about a separate urinalysis. So we only have to do a urine drug screen.

Yeah probably just upload the same drug test results

Good to know - I'm planning to take in my docs next week. WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAT about the flu vaccine?! I got one at the beginning of this year, but how on earth do they expect us to find a vaccine from last year?

If you got one in the beginning of this year it's the 2017 one so your okay until this coming flu season.

Normally providers get them in late September early October.

Well that's a relief. Not sure why I was thinking they wanted people to get the 2016/2017 vaccine haha.

Yeah, I assumed the urinalysis was the drug test, but you never know... I was looking for the HIPAA agreement and handbook, but couldn't find them.

Right! Its not flu season so idk how they expect me to get the 17/18 one. But a few clinics will have the new vaccine as early as mid August so ill check back then :-)
