That code brings up a criminal background check, not the drug test...

Oh, yeah I used the link from last summer, I didn't go through the portal (signed in after that).
I just heard back from the school. The correct code is MN60dt.

Hello everyone,
I was reading through the comments, many of you have started the nursing program in the fall 2018. I have questiones about how the program is going? I plan on starting the program for RN in the fall 2019. I actually met with an advisor couple days ago, she stated I should be go to go. But I am a little concerned since I have heard students drop because they don't pass the exams and doesn't really prepare you. Many have suggested I go to a private nursing college but if I chose that route I'm looking around 22k. If I am able to start at mxc it will be amazing to save. But I don't want to be a risk of not making it through.
Also when you guys applied the advisor recently told me they will use my GPA which I got for my associates in science, I'm currently at DePaul finishing my undergrad, she said they wouldn't consider that gpa. But I saw a comment in which they consider it, I'm just a bit confused at this point. Any advice will be very helpful in making my final decision.

hey, i just finished my first nursing 101 semester at MX and passed my final, it went pretty smooth.I took the ADN route to save money too. The program is alot of work as you can imagine but the teachers are helpful and available for assistance and there is nursing tutors, if you need it. I finished all my prerequisites before I started the program. I highly recommend to finish all the science courses before you start the program so you can focus on nursing and thats it. Unless you dont work and have all the time to study or can hanlde the workload. The instructors arent going to spoon feed student, so be ready to read alot and dig deeeeeep. Review CNA basic before you start the program because they expect you to know the material and basic. Also search the instructors available before you register for class.
