Have you applied? Have you heard anything? Do you have some helpful information to share?
So we can submit we have even though we obviously cant turn in the drug test results yet until after july 27.Does that mean we have to go up there twice or will we turn that in later on during orientation or will they receive that from castle branch?
It seems like the urine test will be uploaded from the lab, but I'm not sure. If not, then yes, you'd have to go back. I have to go back next month anyway, nbd
I just dropped off all my documents on campus, so I'm all done with that!! All I have left is the antibody result which can't be done until next month for the hep B booster to take full effect. She said that for the upcoming year, we will be required to do the flu shot for the 2018-19 school year when it's available and that they usually organize a vaccine clinic from Walgreens to come to the school! Also for the additional stuff on CB, she said that if it wasn't requested in the welcome packet, to just ignore it. Apparently this is the first year the nursing program is using Castlebranch and they're still ironing out all the errors. I saw Toni Scott, she is awesome and she appreciated how organized I was. Apparently she sends students away if you're just going to be wasting her time!
I also asked someone else at the nursing office about class registration and she said we should be able to pick our own schedule. So I'm going to take her response with a grain of salt...haha.
Do you have to go again to take your drug test results? And did you need to make an appointment to turn in your paperwork? Did you have to give it to Sheryl Deck also her name was along side Tony Scott.?
I emailed Sheryl Deck and she told me to drop papers in person from 9 to 3 mon-Friday.However im not certain about going twice for when results of drug test come back or not?
I honestly have no clue, you can always ask? Ms. Scott did say it is their first year using Castle Branch, so I wouldn't be surprised if they don't have an answer.
This was probably addressed but do we have to go to the place listed on the sheet to get our scrubs? Its SO far and I dont have a ride haha.
Yeah, unfortunately you have to get them there. Not sure why, but it's the only place that sells the MXC nursing school scrub patches. My friend is in the radiology program at MXC and they had to get their scrubs from a store on Roosevelt.
FYI if you havent went to get your scrubs. I went on this past saturday and i had to order mine because they didnt have sizes. they said it would take 10-14 day to arrive. Does anyone know for the drug test at Labcorp , is an appointment required or can we just walk in ?. tried calling and no answer , also there website is under maintenace for setting an appointment.

I work in a doc office and with lab Corp they accept walk ins. So I'm sure it would be the same for the drug test.
