I'm new to this site and I plan on applying for Macomb's nursing program Feb, 2017!

I would love to hear from anyone else applying. I'm very nervous and excited.

I will be, once I get my letter to tell me whether I'm in or not. I applied with a 3.7387/86, my academic adviser and the counselor told me that they think I will be accepted, but without the acceptance letter I can't really say I am doing much of anything yet haha

I seriosuly pray I get in because I have only the Chem 70 left to take and I'm taking in this spring/summer semester!

BF777: I am taking WHES-2070. It's the American Heart Association CPR/First Aid/wellness class. It is not required for admission into the nursing program but it is required toward graduation from Macomb Community College. It's almost finished. There are just 2 weeks left after my exam today. I am debating about summertime whether I want to take anything this spring/summer.

What in the heck is Chem 70? Our classes at Macomb Community College have a 4 digit extension. Plus, I don't believe Chemistry is required for graduation with your ADN. Are you taking it for transfer to MSU?

Hi ZhannaD. Actually the cpr/frist aid wellness class is not required for graduation anymore. They took it off. That is what I was told and what my sister was told when she applied to macomb. I hope that helps, no matter what though it is still a good class to have

Good luck guys! So nervous and excited to get my letter! The last few years when people got their letters they posted whether they got in or not and what they got in with, GPA and HESI score wise. We should do the same, that way we can see how we are all panning out with each other! Sound good? Best of luck to everyone :)
