LvN requiring Cgfns

I am a Filipino Nurse and tried to apply for NCLEX PN because i could not sit for NCLEX RN due to the concurrency issue.

After long months of waiting. I have received a letter from BVNPT that i need my transcripts evaluated by a credentialing agency such as CGFNS. I was surprised because i never have had heard that lvn needs cgfns evaluation. Does anyone have the same experience as me? And what happened after?

Just took the exam last July 24th right after my review class at rachell allen. It was a 10 day review but before the class I was doing a self review with saunders comprehensive nclex pn book, also la charity (it helped me with prioritization and delegations) I also did questions from Uworld and I love the rationales. :)

Hi!cgfns forwarded my evaluation results last july 31 to bvpnt..i would like to know if how long did you got your elegibility to take the test?? Does it takes a months or just days?? Thank you..

Guys I have another question lol, Is the CGFNS ask for the copy of your Hs diploma too? Some says that you can send it via fax or mail , im planning to send it via fax but i cant find their fax number :/

I got my eligibility letter 6 days after the CGFNS sent the CES report to BVNPT.

Yes they do ask for HS diploma, I remembered I sent it thru fax but I couldn't remember the number. Try calling them for a detailed instructions :)

Thanks katalinah :) I already got their number :) but now im just wondering, do i need to wait all my documents to get completed and received by them before i make a request for their expedite services? Im confused :/ sorry if im asking too many questions lol :) have a good day

Guys, Is there a chance to get an eligibility letter right after (or within a week) the CGFNS sent the CES report to BVNPT? And im also curious if how many days does the cgfns will change the status of my order from waiting to receive to ready for review lol im planning to avail their expedited service btw. My school just sent my transcript last week to both BVNPt and CGFNS Thank you and Goodluck :) .

I think once CGFNS receives all the documents they need to evaluate your file there will be an option there on the main menu of your CGFNS account that says expedited service is available something something lol I can't remember anymore. Then once you paid it will take about a week for them to send your CES evaluation to BVNPT. Goodluck

According to my courier track number, they already received it but they haven't updated the status of my account yet, its still "waiting to be received" :(

I also wanted to ask if what month did you submit your application to BVNPT? Did they approve your application right away once they got the CES professional report from CGFNS? Thank you so much :)

Give it a few more days :p

I think I submitted my docs around May and had no problems with them.

Just hang in there , patience is a virtue lol
